• your activities related to the Website; or 

• unsolicited information you provide to Pad2Go through the Website.

If you provide us with a telephone number or email address, you explicitly permit us, or our authorized agents, to utilize that number or email address to contact you. When you use the Website or send emails to Pad2Go you are engaging in electronic communication. You consent to receiving electronic communications related to your use of the Website. We may communicate with you via email or by posting notifications on the Website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically fulfill any legal requirement for written communications. All notifications from Pad2Go intended for a user in connection with the Website will be regarded as delivered and effective when sent to the email address provided by the user on or through the Website.

 

Effect of Invalidity
If a court with jurisdiction determines any part of this Agreement to be unenforceable, that part will not have any effect, and the remaining portions of this Agreement will remain effective.

Waivers
No waiver, whether expressed or implied, by either party for any breach of or default under this Agreement will establish an ongoing waiver of that breach or default or be deemed as a waiver of any prior or subsequent breach or default.

International Users
The Website is operated and administered by Pad2Go Nepal (or its licensees) from within the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. They are not intended to subject Pad2Go to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country, or territory other than Nepal. Pad2Go does not represent or warrant that the Website or any part of them are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Nepal. Users who opt to access the Website do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for adhering to all laws and regulations of their respective jurisdictions.

 

Choice of Law
You consent to the resolution of any disputes related to the Website, this Agreement, or the Privacy Policy by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal.
